Office Manager

Jean Bishop joined REI in August of 2010 as Office Manager in the Worcester Office. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and English from Assumption College, Worcester MA, after which she began a successful career as a teacher, teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Jean spent five productive years teaching in Scotland UK, earning her Master’s degree from Moray House College of Education. After a hiatus of eighteen years to raise her four children she returned to the teaching profession and quickly advanced to an administrative role as Assistant Principle at Saint Brendan School, Riverside RI.  At REI Jean works closely with the Treasurer/Owner performing a wide range of administrative duties some of which include entering employee time and customer data, customer project invoicing, conducting introductory customer surveys, updating the REI project data base and insuring that contractor’s insurance documentation is current.  Jean performs Loss Control Surveys as requested by our clients to keep oil companies up to date with their insurance spill reporting requirements.
